I'm not exactly sure when I should make the announcement–but I would appreciate your thoughts on when you think would be appropriate. Obviously we don't need to plan a meeting for awhile yet, but just don't want to announce the book and then wait 3 months.

Tis very considerate of you LL to flush out opinions and comments regarding your highly anticipated selection. Seldom at a loss allow me to opine. Holiday schedules, birthdays, and planned personal travel begin to swarm like african killer bees from November to Y/E. Kindly consider having our meeting in October and allow 4-6 weeks of reading time to seek the truth. That otta do it!
